  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or similar) and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist with an exchange:
